Service Scope

VPN57 provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access and access to international websites, with coverage in 100+ countries and 170+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; refer to the panel for current route details.

The service provides network connectivity only and does not grant licenses to use third-party websites, apps, or content. Eligibility for accounts, regional rules, and content licenses are determined by the relevant platform. A VPN57 subscription does not grant access rights to third-party services.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details, subscription links, and order information secure. Subscription links are account access credentials and should not be shared publicly. If credentials are exposed, change your password promptly and contact support through a user panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, but subscriptions are for the account holder only. Unlimited devices do not permit reselling, renting, or publicly distributing a subscription, or sharing an account and connection credentials with others. Manage authorized devices to prevent unauthorized devices from continuing to use the subscription.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the Plans page and order confirmation for prices and data allowances, and confirm the billing method before paying.

Lawful Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their activities, as well as the rules of the websites or apps they access. Do not use the service for fraud, data theft, intellectual property infringement, distributing illegal content, unauthorized system access, cyberattacks, or malicious traffic activity.

Users are responsible for the content they access, upload, and transmit. Do not disrupt the service, misuse other people's credentials, or interfere with other users' connections. Network acceleration does not replace eligibility requirements or legal authorization required by a target service.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection performance depends on local networks, device settings, carrier links, the status of target services, and maintenance. VPN57 does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted service, or continuous access to any particular third-party platform. If you experience connection issues, check your subscription status, client settings, and route selection first, then submit a ticket describing the issue.

VPN57 accepts liability to the extent permitted by applicable law. Decisions about accounts, content, or access made by third-party platforms are outside VPN57's control. Users should keep copies of important information. These terms do not waive any service liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. To apply, sign in to the relevant account and submit a refund request through a user panel ticket, providing the order information needed for verification. You do not need to cite a connection issue or any other problem with the service as a reason.

VPN57 will review the order and account ownership before processing the request, and provide progress updates through the ticket. Do not submit your account password or full payment credentials. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel; no fixed arrival time is promised. If you have questions about the refund process, follow up in the original ticket.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on the service, or other serious violations of these terms, VPN57 may restrict connections, suspend, or terminate account access as appropriate, and explain the reason where feasible. If you disagree with the decision, you may provide details and request a review through a ticket. Such actions do not affect refund or other rights granted by law.

When service rules change, VPN57 will update this page and its last-updated month. Changes affecting users' important rights will be explained through a website announcement or a notice in the user panel. Users may review the changes and decide whether to continue using the service. Existing orders will continue to be handled in accordance with applicable law and commitments already made.
